Does the prospect of designing products in Instagram, Airbnb or Slack sound incredible to you? Excited by the idea of solving problems for hundreds of thousands of people? Would you like to work in a team that’s actually multidisciplinary and diverse?
This doesn’t just happen in Silicon Valley.
At 23, we’ve collaborated on more than 200 projects in 3 years. We’ve helped entrepreneurs like Luuna, Pictoline, weex and albo get digital products out to market; startups like Bitso, Conekta and LaunchForth improve their experience; and corporations like Honeywell, GBM, and even the Mexican Federal Government, play catch-up and try new ideas.
Our team is growing and we’re looking for a UX Reseacher.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As UX Researcher, you will work with different teams on diverse projects. At the beginning of each project, you will be responsible for leading qualitative user research in order to inform business decisions for current and future products. You will also be involved during the design process: strategy definition, usability testing, and post-launch testing.
You will NOT let the team assume anything, instead, for each project, you will come up with a plan to find facts and usable data. You will convey findings in a convincing and actionable way, then work with the team to brainstorm improvements, and finally, work alongside clients to create an ideal experience for their target users.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a hyper specialized designer, who is fluent in data, analytics, systems, and software. Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, help you make complex problems understandable and solvable.
You love challenging preconceived ideas because you are able to lay an analytical eye on data and provide constructive criticism. You are also very curious, you like to jump from one topic to another and dig deep into unknown subjects.
